U’ilani Gould

U’ilani Gould is an accomplished medical office manager with extensive experience in plastic surgery and healthcare administration. Her Hawaiian name, meaning “heavenly beauty,” reflects both her warm presence and professional poise. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and efficiency, U’ilani has a unique ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, patients, vendors, and colleagues alike.

Before joining ACG, U’ilani spent over a decade managing a plastic surgery practice, where she handled everything from surgery scheduling and precertification to billing and office operations. She also gained valuable experience working with an anesthesia group and an ambulatory surgery center, deepening her insight into a variety of healthcare settings. Her professional strengths span practice planning, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and project coordination, all backed by a solid foundation in accounting, finance, and business management.

U’ilani is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is known for her friendly nature, positive attitude, and determination. She lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she enjoys cozy nights by the fire pit, fishing, movie marathons, and beach getaways with her family and their Husky, Koda.
