Robin Sigismondi

Robin Sigismondi is a Senior Consultant at ACG, bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, and dermatology. She partners with practices to strengthen operations, develop high-performing teams, and create sustainable strategies that drive both patient satisfaction and business growth.

Robin’s background includes leading multi-site practices and serving as Senior Director of U.S. Operations for The VOS Collection (formerly MedSpa Partners), where she oversaw operational performance across a national portfolio. Her expertise spans practice operations, leadership development, process improvement, and organizational strategy, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities practices face as they grow.

She earned her degree in Business Administration from Penn State University and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through MGMA. Robin is also pursuing LEAN certification, reflecting her commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. She believes every practice has its own unique strengths and challenges, and she takes a situational approach to consulting—tailoring solutions to meet each client’s specific goals, culture, and stage of growth.
