Kirstie Jackson brings over two decades of experience working with leading dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic practices around the world. Known for her ability to align clinical excellence with high-performing business strategy, Kirstie partners with practices to build strong operational foundations that support sustainable growth, scalability, and long-term success.

Kirstie’s expertise spans the full spectrum of aesthetic medicine and practice management, including business and clinic operations, leadership development, marketing strategy, patient engagement, and the implementation of new treatments, services, and technologies. From boutique clinics to multi-location organizations, Kirstie has guided teams through every phase of growth. Her background also includes extensive work in clinical research, where she served as a Clinical Research Coordinator supporting first-of-their-kind FDA trials for leading pharmaceutical brands and emerging technologies.

Prior to joining ACG, Kirstie served as Director of Education at the American Med Spa Association (AmSpa), where she helped shape industry-leading education and programming, including contributing to the agenda for The Medical Spa Show. She has also held a position on the Executive Board of the Association of Dermatology Administrators and Managers (ADAM) and has been published in Executive Decisions in Dermatology. A recognized thought leader and speaker, Kirstie is known for delivering forward-thinking insights that challenge conventional models and elevate industry standards.

Kirstie combines a deep understanding of patient care and treatment efficacy with a practical, operational mindset, helping practices translate education into measurable outcomes, from revenue growth to an enhanced patient experience. Based in Chicago, Illinois, Kirstie enjoys traveling, cooking, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
