Judy Kozlicki

Judy Kozlicki is a healthcare executive, strategic advisor, and national speaker with more than 20 years of experience helping medical aesthetic, plastic surgery, and wellness and longevity organizations accelerate growth through operational excellence, leadership development, and scalable business systems.

Throughout her career, Judy has worked across founder-led practices, multi-location organizations, and private equity-backed platforms, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges organizations face at every stage of growth. She has led multi-site operations, opened more than 30 medical spas across the United States, overseen more than 90 spa and aesthetic locations, and advised leadership teams on growth strategy, organizational design, financial performance, profitability, and enterprise value.

As Vice President of Consulting at ACG Practice Partners, Judy helps lead and evolve the firm’s consulting practice, including its methodology, client engagements, leadership and organizational development work, and the systems used to help practices improve performance and scale successfully.
