Jessica Lee is the Chief Operating Officer at ACG Practice Partners, where she specializes in aligning teams, strengthening accountability, and driving execution across people, processes, and tools. With nearly 20 years of experience leading business transformation, Jessica brings clarity and structure through proven frameworks like EOS®, ensuring priorities are clear, metrics are tracked, and operations run efficiently.
Her career has focused on helping small- to mid-sized businesses streamline operations, strengthen leadership teams, and build the scalable systems that unlock growth. Colleagues and clients alike value her collaborative, problem-focused approach and her ability to pair directness with a human-centric leadership style. Jessica is passionate about fostering accountability in ways that create both results and a healthy, high-performing culture.
Jessica earned her M.A. in Education Leadership from National Louis University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with family and friends. At home in Burlington, IL, she tends to her hobby farm with 10 goats and 7 chickens – a fun and grounding balance to her executive role. Her favorite quote, by Maya Angelou, guides both her work and leadership philosophy: “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
