Davina

Davina Isaacs, MBA

Senior Consultant

Davina Isaacs is a seasoned practice management expert with over a decade of experience supporting aesthetic and medical practices across the country. As a Senior Consultant at ACG, she brings deep expertise in operational strategy, human resources, provider coaching, and team development. Her focus is on building sustainable, profitable businesses while elevating the patient experience and empowering providers to thrive.

Davina’s background includes launching new service lines, leading high-performing teams, and guiding start-ups from concept to execution. She is especially passionate about working with new practices and helping aesthetic providers grow their confidence and capabilities. Known for her collaborative and supportive style, Davina partners closely with clients to design real-world solutions that make practices more effective—and more human.

Before joining ACG, Davina was a consultant with Brinson Anderson Consulting, where she was instrumental in advising aesthetic practices on leadership development, patient experience strategy, and operational efficiency. Her career is marked by a commitment to clarity, compassion, and results.

Davina holds an MBA with a concentration in Leadership from Butler University. She is a Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), a licensed aesthetician, and a certified DiSC® facilitator.

Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Davina is a global traveler who has visited six continents and finds inspiration in experiencing new cultures. Outside of work, she’s an avid scuba diver, fishing enthusiast, and lover of outdoor adventures—from camping to sporting clay shooting. Guided by the Platinum Rule—treat others the way they want to be treated—Davina brings heart and practicality to everything she does.

Mara

Mara Shorr

Senior Consultant

Mara Shorr is a seasoned senior consultant with a passion for empowering plastic surgery and aesthetic practices to reach new levels of success. With a career spanning more than a decade in the aesthetic industry, she specializes in strengthening operations, improving profitability, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the patient experience. She brings deep expertise in internal processes, staff development, marketing, business strategy, and patient retention—and especially enjoys guiding practices through the process of opening their first location.

Before joining ACG Practice Partners, Mara was a consultant with BrinsonAnderson Consulting and a longtime partner in Shorr Solutions, an award-winning firm recognized as “Best Practice Management Company” and “Top Aesthetic Service Provider/Top CEO.” Her impact on the industry extends beyond consulting: Mara is a nationally recognized speaker at top aesthetic conferences including the Global Aesthetics Conference, Multispecialty Aesthetic Conference, The Aesthetic Meet, AmSpa’s The Med Spa Show, AAFPRS, and more. She is also a published contributor to leading industry publications and co-author of a chapter in “The Business of Plastic Surgery: Volume 2.”

Mara holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications from Central Michigan University. She is a Certified Aesthetic Consultant and has served on multiple editorial boards within the industry. Outside of aesthetics, she advocates for children in foster care as a certified Volunteer Advocate for Children (VAC) through the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) program of the Orange County Bar Association, and previously served as a licensed foster parent. 

Known for her energy, transparency, and results-driven philosophy, Mara blends a personal touch with strategic insight—earning praise from clients for her ability to turn complex business challenges into practical, empowering solutions. As she puts it: “Leave your community better than you found it”—a mantra passed down from her stepfather and a value she brings to every client relationship.

Based in Central Florida, Mara enjoys gardening, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her husband and their trio of rescue dogs (plus a foster or two). When she’s not in Orlando, you’ll likely find her at a client site, at a conference podium, or en route to the next one.  In other words, you’ll find her in or around an airport.

Uilani

U’ilani Gould

Associate Consultant

U’ilani Gould is an accomplished medical office manager with extensive experience in plastic surgery and healthcare administration. Her Hawaiian name, meaning “heavenly beauty,” reflects both her warm presence and professional poise. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and efficiency, U’ilani has a unique ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, patients, vendors, and colleagues alike.

Before joining ACG, U’ilani spent over a decade managing a plastic surgery practice, where she handled everything from surgery scheduling and precertification to billing and office operations. She also gained valuable experience working with an anesthesia group and an ambulatory surgery center, deepening her insight into a variety of healthcare settings. Her professional strengths span practice planning, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and project coordination, all backed by a solid foundation in accounting, finance, and business management.

U’ilani is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is known for her friendly nature, positive attitude, and determination. She lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she enjoys cozy nights by the fire pit, fishing, movie marathons, and beach getaways with her family and their Husky, Koda. A lifelong sports car enthusiast, she lives by the mottos “It isn’t failure, it is growth toward success” and “Choose Happy.”

Anna

Anna Nyegaard

Client Software Manager

Anna Nyegaard brings over a decade of experience in healthcare technology and software solutions to her role as Client Software Manager at ACG. A seasoned expert in electronic medical records (EMR), practice management systems, and digital imaging platforms, Anna is known for her ability to design efficient, scalable workflows that elevate both the client and patient experience. At ACG, she serves as the go-to resource for clients navigating software integrations, leveraging her deep technical knowledge to document processes, streamline operations, and ensure seamless user experiences.

Before joining ACG, Anna served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Phoenix Ortho, where she oversaw more than 30 client accounts and led initiatives to tailor software features—like a specialized Physical Therapy module—to the unique needs of providers. She later joined Cylynt as a Technical Customer Success Manager, where she handled complex API and SDK integrations and managed client onboarding and training for software security solutions.

Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management from DeVry University and a Master’s in Information Systems Management from the Keller School of Management. She has also completed a Full Stack Web and Mobile Development Bootcamp, equipping her with a strong foundation in software development and user interface design.

Known for her data-driven mindset and creative problem-solving, Anna is passionate about helping clients unlock the full potential of their software systems. Her colleagues and clients consistently praise her dedication, curiosity, and ability to turn complex challenges into actionable solutions.

Outside the office, Anna lives on a 10-acre property in Rainier, WA, where she’s training for her next race, caring for her dog EJ, and preparing to reenter the world of Arabian horse showing—a passion she pursued across North America in her younger years. Her favorite motto, “Stay hungry. Stay foolish.” (Steve Jobs), perfectly reflects her drive to keep learning and pushing boundaries.

Ashley

Ashley Morley

Client Success & Executive Assistant

With a passion for people and a knack for organization, Ashley Morley brings positivity, precision, and heart to every interaction. At ACG, she plays a pivotal role supporting both the team and clients, whether it’s coordinating schedules, processing payroll, onboarding new hires, or helping optimize workflow across the firm.

Before joining the professional services world, Ashley honed her customer service and communication skills in luxury hospitality and aesthetics, including roles at the Fairmont Kea Lani, Resort at Pelican Hill and private country clubs. She is a licensed aesthetician and  Registered Dental Assistant.

She currently lives in Nampa, ID, Ashley loves spending time with her family, creating memories, chasing after her two French Bulldogs and lively toddler. Her mantra? “She believed she could, so she did.”

Melissa

Melissa Miller

Human Resources Specialist

Melissa Miller brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as a Human Resources Specialist at ACG. With a professional journey that began in healthcare in 1999, Melissa has worn many hats, from working on a cardiac unit to managing optical practices and even overseeing a 150+ unit apartment complex. Her diverse background and hands-on experience in high-pressure environments have shaped her ability to move quickly, efficiently, and empathetically, qualities she brings to every client interaction.

Melissa is known for her active approach to hiring. She seeks to gain a deep understanding of the team dynamics and culture, which allows her to match practices with top-tier candidates who are not only qualified but also a seamless cultural fit.

When she’s not making professional matches, Melissa splits her time between Indianapolis and the Bahamas, living part of the year aboard a 58’ sailing catamaran with her husband. Her hobbies include sailing, traveling, fine dining, the arts, and spending time with her four beloved dogs, daughter, and two grandchildren.
