Amy Anderson is a nationally recognized expert in the aesthetics industry, known for her deep operational expertise, pragmatic leadership, and human-centered approach to practice management. As the Founder and CEO of ACG Practice Partners, Amy brings more than two decades of hands-on experience in surgical practice operations, coaching, and business strategy to aesthetic and surgical practices nationwide.
Amy’s journey in healthcare began at the age of 18, working part-time in a plastic surgery office while pursuing pre-med studies. Since then, she has held every non-clinical role in a surgical practice, from front desk and billing to strategic marketing and executive leadership, giving her a uniquely comprehensive view of what makes a practice thrive.
Throughout her career, Amy has managed a wide range of practice types, including private practices, academic divisions, and hospital-based multi-specialty groups. Her ability to tailor proven business strategies to the unique culture and goals of each client has made her a sought-after advisor for surgeons and their teams. She is especially known for launching successful new practices, optimizing workflows, building strong team cultures, and turning visionary goals into operational realities.

Originally from the Midwest, Amy holds an MBA from Indiana University. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Ben, an orthopedic physician assistant, and their two beloved dogs, Pippa and Lucy. Outside of work, Amy and Ben are fitness enthusiasts and adventure seekers – bungee jumping over Victoria Falls on their honeymoon was just the beginning.
